Merchant MDR Calculator ("the app", "we", "us", or "our") is a utility application designed to help merchants estimate MDR charges, record sales, and view sales analytics. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the app.
The app allows you to enter transaction information such as transaction amount, transaction type, category, location/framework selection, estimated MDR, and related sales information.
This transaction information is stored locally on your device using the app's local database. We do not operate a server that receives or stores your transaction history.
The app does not require an account and does not require your name, phone number, email address, bank account details, UPI ID, card number, or payment credentials for its core features.
Please do not enter sensitive financial credentials or payment authentication information into transaction notes or other free-text fields.
The app uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Google and its advertising partners may process information such as advertising identifiers, device information, approximate location, and interaction information as permitted by applicable policies and user settings.

The app uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand app usage, diagnose crashes, improve stability, and improve the user experience. These services may process technical, diagnostic, and usage information.

The app may use Google Play's official In-App Review API to request a review after eligible successful transaction activity. Google Play controls whether the review dialog is displayed. The app does not create or store a custom review form.
Transaction data stored locally is subject to the security of your device and Android operating system. Keep your device protected with a secure screen lock and current security updates.
We do not sell your personal information. Transaction records stored locally in the app are not transmitted to us as part of the app's core transaction-recording feature. Third-party services used by the app, including Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, and Firebase Crashlytics, may process information as described in their respective policies.
Merchant MDR Calculator is a general-purpose merchant utility and is not directed specifically to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.
You can stop using the app at any time and uninstall it. You can also manage applicable advertising, privacy, and device settings through Android and your Google account.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, services, or applicable requirements change. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised date.
